Functions
Registrar
Assist the Registrar in maintaining and keeping all student records of current and withdrawn families, ensuring completeness and accuracy for each.
Process documentary requests of families and schools for both continuing and new students.
Assist in liaising with schools regarding documentary requirements needed by a family.
Assist in other administrative tasks in the Registrar team as needed such as, but not limited to, booking of IDs and other pertinent documents going out to the families and schools, checking of portfolio quarterly submissions, checking of documentary requirements during the admissions process, and other relevant tasks.
Administration
Main stakeholder in processing orders from the LLH Shop, including:
coordinating with families for any concerns
packing and shipping of orders
safekeeping of official receipts and relevant documents
Provide administrative services for any legwork, such as but not limited to:
contribution payments
shipping of other items
procurement of supplies
coordination / ocular / event administration
Minimum qualifications
At least 3-year experience in any role that has basic administrative tasks such as encoding, customer service, file management and minor project management duties.
Personable character.
Good organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Must be tech-savvy to navigate through all platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Multi-tasking abilities.
Has very good communication skills both written and oral.
