Responsibilities:
· Sorts incoming or outgoing mails/ faxes/ courier deliveries for distribution Clerical duties including but not limited to answering telephones, filing, photocopying, etc.
· Composes correspondence for communication, complaints and transmittals
· Screens and files gate pass for delivery and pull outs including work permits
· Makes purchase order for office necessities (water, pantry supplies, medical, stationeries, etc.)
· Sorts, categorizes mails, emails, letters, visitors for the manager and processes outgoing communication and transmittal afterward.
· Photocopying & scanning of documents for file & other use
· Other Administrative duties assigned.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
· Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
· Proficient in basic computer skills and MS Office applications.
· Has strong work ethics, ability to think independently and follow through effectively.
· Applicant must be willing to work in Makati
