I. JOB SUMMARY
Provides administrative and clerical support to HRA-General Services.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Specific Responsibilities
1. Files all HR Documents/
2. Logs incoming and outgoing documents of the Department.
3. Transmits of Documents to other departments or to Stores.
4. Handle's messenger's daily schedule.
5. Handles office supplies.
6. In charge of purchasing of decorations for the stores.
7. Assists the Franchise & Company owned stores on their opening dry-run.
B. General Responsibilities
1. Ensures that all the important transactions of the department are properly documented and updated in the system promptly.
2. Ensures timely preparation of reports and documents.
3. Ensures that all records and files are properly managed for easy retrieval.
4. Meets with the superior and other personnel in the department to identify and resolve issues/problems, work activities, projects, and programs as well as existing systems and procedures.
5. Answers queries regarding the department's responsibilities and interfaces with the different organizational units.
6. Ensures proper handling and care of all accountabilities - computers, printers, office supplies, etc.
7. Attends training programs and other company-related activities sponsored by the Human Resource Department to help enhance one's capability.
8. Practices 5S daily in the work area. Maintains good housekeeping in the workplace.
9. Safeguards/protects the company's image.
III. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education :College Graduate of any Business-related course
Experience : OJT or none
Other Skills :Well-organized, people and task-oriented
