JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any four-year Business course or equivalent.
Well versed in contract administration with knowledge of law.
Familiarity with Import, Export, Shipping documentation and Customs processes is an advantage.
Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
Must be computer literate; proficient in Word and Excel.
Proficient in English language (oral and written).
Very analytical and keen on details.
Willing to render overtime if necessary, including Sunday & Holiday.
Willing to be assigned in the Marikina Project Site.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Responsible for the preparation of correspondence (e.g., Internal Memo, Warning Memo, letters to suppliers and other related matters concerning communications).
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation in the office and project sites.
In-charge of Contracts/Agreements for the office, staff house, equipment rental and others.
Update current contract information, payment method and renewal of vehicle insurance.
Coordination with Local Government Units (LGU) for the process of necessary permits as required in the execution of the project.
In-charge of the acquisition of office equipments, monitoring of company assets and inventory.
Responsible for the coordination with the Bureau of Customs (BOC) for the arrival of imported materials for the company, coordination with Custom Broker to facilitate the release of shipments and arrange the delivery schedule to the project sites.
Service and driver arrangement, in-charge for repair and maintenance of company service vehicles, and process insurance claims in case of vehicular incident.
