The Lalamove Admin Associate will be reporting to the Office Admin and Purchasing Lead and should be able to support office efficiency, both in cost and in environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain the office's budget and expenses (monitoring expenses on telecoms, office supplies, furniture and office equipment, and utilities)
Administer company/office and building admin policies
Maintain and safekeep records for office admin (repairs and maintenance service reports, lease contracts, other documents related)
Assist in procurement of corporate collaterals as needed
Assist in renovation projects as needed, or coordinate with other offices across the Philippines
Assist in office activities
Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager from time to time
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience of providing administrative assistance in the form of asset management, events management and general administrative tasks.
Bachelor's Degree
Amenability to work from home and eventually work in Makati office once the current situation gets better
Availability to start right away
