Job Function
Administrative and General Office Duties/Management
Under minimal supervision, ability to accomplish tasks, performs administrative and general office duties competently.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Administration of systems and all office processes including encoding,
filing, recording, do inventory, etc.; Day-to-day operation and office
activities.
· Preparing reports like sales, expense and others.
· Do invoice preparation and filing, etc.
· Encode accurately, compose and type accurately and review
documents.
· Provide timely response to emails and other written correspondences.
· Greet and talk with customers, suppliers, etc.; answer and screen
telephone calls, message taking.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements/Desired Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree
· Possess good organizational and administrative skills
· Proficient in MS Office skills (Excel and Word) and Google sheets.
Proper finger positioning on the keyboard.
· Good written and oral communication skill with fluency in English
spelling and grammar.
· Developed interpersonal skills, maturity, credibility, unquestioned
integrity.
· Ability to communicate with customers/trade partners with finesse,
politeness and professionalism.
· Strong follow-up, attention to detail and accuracy skills.
· Has a high degree of flexibility, diligence and resourcefulness;
proactive.
· Strong work ethic, trustworthy, personable with a solid, steady work
history.
· Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Verification of identity, education, prior employment and references, written exam may be required.
Compensation - DOE (Depending on Experience) and DOQ (Depending on Qualification)
Monday to Friday work schedule; Saturday (1/2 day) on a need basis only.
Paid days off per year
Paid days sick leave per year.
Can use company car for official appointments and meetings
