JOB DESCRIPTION:
In-charge of all administrative concerns to effectively run the operations of the company, including but not limited to:
Routes to liaison officer all pick-ups and deliveries needed to be made and other office errands as directed by the concerned officer;
Checks and prepares office inventory, equipment, computers and supplies;
Requests for replenishment of all missing supplies, inventory, tools and equipment and liquidates the same to the concerned corporate officer;
Conducts monthly inventory of all supplies, tools and equipment and records its movements;
Checks the correctness, requests, makes timely payments and liquidates all office expenses, such as but not limited to rent, phone, utilities, and the like;
Coordinates with third party suppliers for all office related concerns;
Encode and timely file all corporate expenses and report the same to finance officer;
Performs other related duties as required by managers within the time frame given
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal skills and relationship management skills
Good organisational skills and excellent time management
High level of integrity and dedication at work
Resourcefulness to find answers and solve problems
Be able to work under pressure
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
