Experienced with construction company is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Responsibilities:
1. Sets routine priorities and procedures for accomplishing work, subject to applicable deadlines. Performs considerable coordination and follow-through.
2. Performs a full scope of word-processing and spreadsheet applications, including merge-mail letters, as well as documents containing financial or statistical data or scientific, technical, or legal terminology. Able to create presentations using PowerPoint or other applicable software.
3. Reads mail highlights action or important items, and attaches relevant files and/or information for review. May respond to routine correspondence under own signature or draft response for review on more complex correspondence. Follows up on items delegated to others.
4. Receives calls and responds to routine questions. Regularly gathers routine oral information from (or makes oral request of) other executives, professional, technical, administrative, maintenance, or clerical employees and/or outside vendors, clients, or the public.
5. Schedules tentative appointments for approval, and may schedule team meetings per the direction of direct supervisor.
6. Coordinates with internal and external staff to accomplish moderately complex activities, such as scheduling, developing agendas or programs for team meetings.
7. Collects and compiles data from several sources of information. Often responsible for gathering detailed information or performing considerable research.
8. May have access and be responsible for confidential records or reports.
9. Maintains office supplies and files..
11. Assists in the administration of government reports preparation - SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, BIR.
12. Assists in planning and organizing a company's internal and external training requirements.
13. Book flights and accommodation.
14. Assist in monitoring staff attendance and tardiness.
15. Assist in handling benefits concerns.
16. Assist in doing the setup and troubleshooting of all equipment (ex. Laptop)
17. Assist with other duties as assigned within designated department.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications, Etc.:
1. Good organizational skills; attention to detail.
2. Keep confidential information.
3. Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
4. Communicate effectively verbally and in print.
5. Provide, as well as carry out, detailed verbal and written instructions independently.
6. Collaborate with others to accomplish organizational goals; identify and resolve problems.
7. Use logical or rational thinking to solve problems; make decisions based on personal judgment.
8. Perform mathematical calculations (fractions, decimals, percentages, statistical) as needed.
9. Demonstrate competency in Microsoft Word, including PowerPoint; Prolog if applicable.
10. Ability to understand and execute the company vision and values of Team, Excellence, Service and Trust.
