Administrative Assistant
Synpulse Management Consulting is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Manila Office. The Administration Function has supported Synpulse's growth story and will continue to pave the way for the upcoming milestone. As an Admin Assistant, you will provide administrative and facility support, including travel management to Asia-Pacific (APAC) employees. You are also considered as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Support the Manila office on admin management (including documents filing and internal procedures)
Manage office fixed assets and supplies such as pantry and stationery
Coordinate with the building administration and management for compliance and updates
Coordinate with office-related external vendors
Manage phone calls and assist visitors with their inquiries
Organize and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders (including company events and team building activities)
Helps maintain the cleanliness of the office
Facilitate business permits and other government-related permits
Supports security-related policies and guidelines such as biometrics control
Provide support in any other general ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
Has a bachelor's degree
At least two (2) years of relevant work experience
Able to interface effectively with employees at all levels in the organization
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer oriented
Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
Able to handle multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision
Comfortable to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Can start by January/February 2021
