• Drafting, sending, recording and safekeeping of documents and correspondences (thru mail, email, SMS, etc.)
• Scheduling of meetings and necessary appointments
• Preparation, validation and routing of reports and requests
• Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company's operations.
• Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring cash claims, reimbursement, budget tracking, etc.
• Performing other relevant duties when needed
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• With at least 2 years office administration experience.
• Good in oral and written communication
• Provides administrative support
• Possesses a sound/solid recommendation
• Knowledgeable to any billing and documentation
• People/Team oriented and result driven, willing to learn and apply learning techniques and trustworthy.
• Ability to work under pressure, able to multi-task and work in a fast- paced environment, keep confidential information in confidence, observant and keen to details.
• Computer proficiency with good typing skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office.
