Proven admin or assistant experience
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Develop and maintain a filing system
Provide Information by answering questions and requests
Handle multiple projects
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level;
Anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies;
verifying receipt of supplies
Carry Out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Maintain computer and manual filing systems
Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate
In Secretarial or equivalent
At least 1-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required Skill(s) : Communication Skill, Typing, Book keeping, Filing,
Equipment Handling, Research Skills, Self-Motivation
Preferably 1-3 Years Experienced Employee specialized in
Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent
Multitask
Flexible
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
Able to work with minimum supervision
Willing to work for longer hours with necessary
Fast learner
