Job Summary: Responsibilities: Compliance Admin work GRC Tool Maintenance Tracking of Training Tracking of Policies Managing Project timelines for business unit work on Audit Readiness Policy proofing & formatting Follow-up on issue resolution Support the Office of the CEO in submitting and executing contracts using LinkSquares Linksquares: Enter deals into LinkSquares where sales has not started the process in LinkSquares Initiate and track DocuSigns and external e-signature processes Tag and save executed documents in LinkSquares Upload new contract templates to LinkSquares Provided LinkSquares trainings and individual assistance to users, as needed Rationale for Opening: Removing LinkSquares administrative tasks saves attorney time for additional contract reviews Having a dedicated resource to manage the contracting process will help deal negotiations move faster Remove administrative tasks & follow-up with departments on key initiatives. Allowing compliance to work on Esusu being Audit Ready.
