Responsible for front office reception and administrative duties. As the employees' and visitors' first point of contact, the successful candidate shall be the "face" of the company for visitors and shall be responsible in building a good first impression of the firm.
Responsibilities
Greets visitors and guests and directs them to the appropriate staff member
Answers all incoming phone calls and transfers calls to internal stakeholders; also responds to correspondences regarding administrative and people matters, as directed by the Facilities Manager and/or People Manager
Assists the Facilities manager in maintaining inventory of office supplies (Stationery/Office supplies, cleaning materials, cafeteria supplies, etc.)
Attends staff meetings and may be asked to take notes, as necessary.
Performs other administrative duties as assigned (Encoding/data entry, Photocopying, etc.)
Qualifications
Preferably, the successful candidate must have at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience; However, fresh graduates will also be given due consideration
Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Power-point and Word)
Excellent organizational skills including ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone etiquette
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners and staff at all levels.
Can think strategically and is proactive
