JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education: Bachelor Degree relevant to the job
Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Sub-Professional)/First Level Eligibility
SPECIAL QUALIFICATION:
Computer Applications Proficient
Good in oral and written communications skill
Good moral character and work ethics
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES of the position:
- 35% Operates the computer in encoding and printing of data from source documents
Maintains the filing system and documentation system of the office
Prepares presentation materials, reports and statistics
Performs required housekeeping and reports malfunction to supervisor
- 25% Handles incoming and outgoing communications (written and verbal) for the DTC
Maintain and updates the record management system of DTC
Respond to public inquiries
- 30% Prepare internal and external communications
Coordinates with different offices
Prepares and submits regularly monthly reports
Maintains an adequate inventory of office supplies
- 10% Performs other related functions

agencies of at least a 'Very Satisfactory' Rating;

List of references for with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone
number, e-mail address):
- Superior/Supervisor
- Peer
- Subordinate (if applicable)
-Client/Stakeholder (if applicable);
Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period
covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1)
Peer;
Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
