Status of Employment: Contract of Service
Salary Grade : SG 9/PHP 19,593.00
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assess candidates vis-a-vis qualification standards of the vacant positions in KALAHI-CIDSS program;
• Schedule and inform applicants of the program on the date of pre-employment examination and screening;
• Administer pre-employment examination to the applicants of the program;
• Act as secretariat during screening and prepare the resolution/assessment papers of the program;
• Facilitate approval of resolution/assessment papers of the program;
• Conduct a background check on the applicants of the program;
• Inform the approved applicant and send pre-employment requirements;
• Ensure completion and reliability of submitted pre-employment requirements of the candidates;
• Prepare hiring documents for newly hired staff of the program;
• Prepare of ARTA ID;
• Prepare posting of new hires;
• Update status of vacancy, new hires list and separated list of KALAHI;
• Prepare staffing database of KALAHI;
• Prepare acceptance of resignation of KALAHI;
• Update Competency-Based Job Description of KALAHI;
• Provide Technical Assistance to all levels of staff on Performance Management System;
• Manage 201 files of KALAHI;
• Provide data as requested by other program/division/section/unit;
• Act as Public Assistance and Complaint Desk (PACD) officer;
• Perform other related tasks.
JOB SUMMARY
Under immediate supervision, the Administrative Assistant III shall assist the Section Head in the implementation of recruitment and performance management, and does other related work.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education
Completion of two years studies in College or High School Graduate with relevant Vocational/Trade course
Training
4 hours of relevant training
Work Experience
1 year of relevant experience

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any relevant course
