QUALIFICATION

Education :
Completion of two-year studies in College
Training :
16 hours training in records and supply/property maintenance, basic computer operations or other related training within the last 5 years
Work Experience :
1 year demonstrated ability in supply and property maintenance, clerical tasks, basic computer operations
Competency :

Instructions/Remarks :
Brief Description of the General Function of the Position:
1. To assist in the efficient management of property and supplies.
2. To keep and maintain data and records of property and supplies.
3. To perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Other requirements/risks of the job:
1. The appointee may carry heavy loads to at least 30 kilos, bend to reach something or may use step
ladder to reach an item.
2. The appointee may be exposed to dust or other warehouse/storage facility elements.
