POSITION TITLE : ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT I (SECRETARY)- (Service Provider)
Place of Assignment: Office of the Executive Director
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job (Behavioral Science/Communications, Economics) or its equivalent
CSC Eligible (Career Service Professional or Second Level eligibility) or equivalent
With at least 1-year experience in clerical/administrative tasks
At least 8 hours of relevant training
CONTRACT DURATION :
The contract shall be for the period of six (6) months, subject to renewal upon determination of a very satisfactory performance.
WORKING HOURS :
Monday to Friday schedules to be agreed. Flexible working hours from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, written and oral
Knowledgeable and proficient in MS Office applications
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Prepare/Draft minutes of the meetings whenever necessary;
Conduct research works assigned by the Executive Director and/or Deputy Executive Director;
Prepare technical and documentation requirements of the Office of the Executive Director;
Assist in coordinating the different programs/activities of PTTC including timely preparation of work activities, and keep track of important documents necessarily for the agency;
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
