Our company is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to assist in day-to-day property management duties. Our ideal candidate should be highly organized, energetic, self-motivated, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the Property Management/Real Estate industry would be an asset but we are willing to train someone with the right personality.
Job Description
Prepare Proposals and Management Agreements for new clients
Maintain & update various lists and databases
Record Keeping - Ensure accurate & comprehensive records of properties are maintained
Manage website, functionality, and basic SEO optimization.
Assist with ads posting on social media through Hootsuite and other platforms
Work on property brochures and welcome letters
Assist in Events planning
Type documents as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
At least 2 (two) years of office administration and customer service experience
A resourceful thinker with exceptional time management and organizational skills who is always up for a challenge
Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize while ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient use of office equipment & software - including but not limited to Windows, Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Excel), Outlook, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision as well as within a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills a successful track record of working with clients at all levels
