• Takes care of all the queries of the account holder.
• Receives calls from customers and applicants.
• Completes and distributes various documents related to functions.
• Maintains a registry of data inquiries and calls.
• Maintains daily operational activities in the back office area.
• Assists and supports the branch and the Operations Division in booking accounts and in safe keeping the client's documents.
