QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Office Administration, or other courses similar in nature.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the following functions:
Import-Export processing
Procurement and receiving of goods/deliveries
Disposal process and implementation
General services and logistics
Government transactions
Communicates or coordinates with local government units (LGU) and various government agencies on matters related to General Services and Logistics functions
Communicates or coordinates with suppliers, non-government organizations (NGOs), and/or other third party organizations
Prepares minutes of meetings and other General Services and Logistics related documents
Performs other clerical tasks as assigned from time to time (i.e. filing, recording, system update)
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Resourceful and with keen attention to details
Comfortable working with teams
Demonstrates excellent customer service
Good in verbal and written communication
Records management and organization
Able to maintain confidentiality
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
