Performs secretarial functions for the Head of Office;
Assists in the general functions of the administrative unit;
Serves as administrative and secretariat support to officers of the Division;
Encodes and files communications related to the functions of his/her section;
Prepare reports and other documents needed in the discharge of his/her functions;
Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the Head of the Office
Bachelor's Degree (Office Administration, Business Management or any related course)
Having past government experience is an advantage
Additional Competency
Computer literate with knowledge on MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel);
With knowledge on basic accounting and business management;
Knowledge on Records Management;
Good written and oral communication skills;
Able to work harmoniously, competently and effectively even under pressure; and
Civil Service Professional or Sub-Professional is an advantage
*** Subject for regular position after 6 months of evaluation as Contract of Service
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Administration and Coordination Investment Management / Hedge Fund / Private Equity 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
