Our client is a rapidly evolving industry provider of logistics solutions. They are in the Materials Handling equipment business, selling & servicing Container Cranes, Terminal Tractors, forklifts and spare parts in Australia, NZ and the Pacific Islands.
They are looking for an experienced Administrative and Accounts Assistant to join their growing business.to handle administrative tasks in relation to sales, services and spare parts.
Job Responsibilities
Preparing Quotations (scope, price, margin, lead time)
Managing Customer data
Orders and contracts entry (creation, scheduling and booking)
Raising Purchase Orders and Invoices to customers and suppliers
Placing orders in the Vendor system
Arranging Freight and monitor shipments
Completing Vendor/Customer forms
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of administrative work experience
Ideally experience working for a corporate business
Previous experience working in industrial equipment sales is a bonus
Experience with 3PL is a bonus, but not essential
Experience with Xero is a bonus
Excellent working PC/Laptop
Reliable DSL/Fiber internet connection (Speed should be at least 20Mbps for download and 10Mbps for upload)
