Administrative Aide IV (2 slots)
Salary Grade : 4

Education : Completion of 2 years' studies in college

Duties and Responsibilities:
1.
Receive and Encode of incoming documents in the Budget and Treasury Management System (BTMS) the following documents:
Ø Procurement Service (CO & FO)
o Purchase Request
o Purchase Orders
Ø FMS-Budget (CO & FO)
o Obligation Request and Status (ORS) and Budget Utilization Request (BUR)
Ø FMS-Accounting (CO & FO)
o Disbursement Vouchers
o Journal Entry Vouchers
Ø FMS-Cash (CO & FO)
o Checks issued and Authority to Debit Account
2. Assists in the encoding of live-data to different offices, bureaus, services, units, concerned;
3. Scan supporting documents of encoded transactions;
4. Sorting and filing of documents/reports;
5. Filing and record keeping of documents; and
6. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.
