Our client is a well know Real Estate business who are looking for a full-time Administrative superstar & team player to join the Advertising & Marketing Department.
The successful candidate will be reliable, eager to learn and be able to juggle multiple tasks including:
Sending email & sms blasts to our database and then reporting this information to relevant stakeholders
Building templated advertising material online (ad placements, brochures)
Data entry
Booking property photography sessions (as well as other related bookings)
Preparing data & graphs for meetings and presentations
Manage web signups and unsubscribers
Database audits & general clean up
Assisting the team with database queries
Office administration support
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages which includes but is not limited to Excel & Word
Attention to detail & problem solving skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
Positive attitude with good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise work and manage time effectively
Strong work ethic
Ability to take direction and feedback well
Previous experience using Box + Dice is a bonus, but not essential
