Job Description
We're actively looking for an enthusiastic and career-oriented Administration Assistant in Accounting who is comfortable working with Australian clients supporting the accounting department by performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact-checking, filing, and other duties.

About the Position:
Client liaison manager
Scheduling firm workflow
Maintain our client database in Xero Practice Manger
Client communication and marketing activities
Corporate affairs management in CAS 360 online
Debtor receivables including statements and follow-up
Xero bookkeeping and payroll processing
Liaising with the tax office; enquiries, payment plans & remissions

Any qualifications I need to succeed?
At least 2 years of work experience as an Administration Assistant, preferably in the Accounting field
BSC/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
Familiarity with finance regulations
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software
Organization skills
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
What are the daily tasks?
Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies
Creating and updating expense reports
Maintaining digital financial records
Must have working experience with with Xero Practice Manager and CAS 360 compliance software
Welcoming, likable, intuitive and driven by a pursuit of excellence
Possess attention to detail and focused on-time task completion
Abel to work independently having strong initiative
Are able to work cohesively in a team environment
Experienced with MS Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
English language - you must be fluent
