JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced project analyst to join our team. The Project Analyst's responsibilities include supporting the project manager with overseeing and coordinating projects, contributing to project planning, preparing and maintaining documentation, reviewing contracts and financials, monitoring project activities, and evaluating the overall project.
To be successful as a project analyst you should be able to derive insights from large amounts of data that support and guide optimal project performance. You should also be meticulous when it comes to preparing documentation and reports.
JOB QUALIFICATION
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Identify the scope of project.
Create a project timeline / Gantt chart
To identify the number of manpower needed.
To identify the equipment needed on site.
Equipment Monitoring.
Planning and coordination.
Progress Reports.
Project Closeouts
Customer services and support
Evaluation Manpower
Participate
Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
Evaluate potential problems and develop solutions.
Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.
Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives • Adhere to budget by monitoring
