Perform administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Responsible for monitoring and handling office furniture and equipment.
Responsible for maintaining updated and enough office supplies inventory.
Write and distribute internal and external communications (i.e. emails, correspondences, memos, letters, etc.)
Develop and maintain a filing system and database.
Coordinate meetings and appointments.
Handle company business trips.
Process company related expenses.
Perform other duties and functions as maybe required.
Job Qualifications
Must possess a Bachelor's/College degree preferably any business-related course or any field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient interpersonal and analytical skills.
Proficient in written and communication skills.
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Willing to travel.
Willing to start ASAP.
