We are currently looking for a Admin Associate who will be responsible for the ff:
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for Asset Management, tagging and monitor movement and updates inventory of all assets of the Company.
Process all government and other legal matters of the Company - BIR, SEC Registration, Car Insurance, Liberty Insurance, and Business permit renewals, etc.
Ensures that all utilities of the company (ex. water, electricity, mobile plans, and internet) are working properly and monthly bills are received and paid on time
Process all requisition of supplies, equipment, marketing collaterals, etc from all departments
Negotiates for the best price and solution for the Company with any supplier, lessor or service provider
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Financial Management, Accounting Technology, Accountancy, Business Administration or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience as Admin/Executive Assistant or Purchasing Officer
Can work independently and can handle pressure
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, flexible and has a strong personality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays (8:00AM - 5:00PM) & Saturdays (8:00AM - 3:00PM)
Work Location: Brgy. Manresa, Quezon City
