Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel / MS Word / MS Powerpoint / Google Tools
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Supervise and monitor all concerns, damaged goods and returns by customers.
Prepare and process all purchase orders for the customers.
Monitor all purchase orders and ensure delivery within the timeframe.
Maintain effective communication with customers and introduce new products.
Prepare, update and maintain tracking reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 years of experience in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
College degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Willing to work in Makati.
Preferably near or residing in Makati City.
Can start ASAP with 6 days work weekly.
