Process payable to suppliers, prepare checks as requested and approved.
Maintain files related Accounts Payable Vouchers, Check Vouchers, Debit Memos, Payment Adjustment, Monthly Remittance of Expanding Withholding Tax, Monthly Remittance of VAT, Monthly Remittance of Tax Withheld form Compensation, Remittances of DST, Remittance of Final Withholding Tax, BIR Form 2307 duly received by suppliers.
Prepares amortization schedule of input VAT
Prepares summary of expanded withholding tax and input VAT
Processes and maintenance of lapsing schedules
Prepares telegraphic transfer documents, USD withdrawal slips, & other bank transaction documents.
Handles Petty Cash
Performs other task that may be assisgned
Skills, Education and Work Experience Requirements
Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Office Admin, Business Administration, Accountancy, Commerce and equivalent
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Preferably 1-2 years of working experience specializing in General Accounting or related field.
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, has initiate and able to deal well with people at all levels
Strong computer skills in Windows Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
