The Role
As an Admin Service Unit Head for General Serviced Division, you will oversee Administrative Specialists' processing of bank-wide telecommunication applications, issuance, inventory, and on-time payment of utilities.
How you'll contribute
Discusses and escalates to immediate superior issues for resolution.
Ensures timely response/reply to all queries (via email or phone).
Reviews and approves payments of billing transactions based on LOA.
Ensures that employee records (e.g. new hires, employee movements, and resignation) are updated vs. manpower complement and telephone directory maintained by Communication Assistant
Processes clearances of resigned employees by checking/verifying amount for deduction from last pay in connection with mobile phone assignment and Fleet Card
Assists subordinates with queries and consultations on a day to day transactions
Supervises assignment and inventory of telephone lines (direct line, cellphones, local, and DID
Monitors and ensures the on-time completion/resolution of repair, installation, and transfer requests of telephone lines.
Monitors and ensures prompt assignment /application of telephone lines (landline and cellphone

Bachelor's Degree in any related field
Have at least 3 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, Clerical/Administrative
People Management/ Supervisory skills, effective communication, and decision making skills
Keen to details; systematic and able to manage time effectively
