The Admin Services Manager is responsible for the smooth flow of operations in the back-office and ensures timeliness and accuracy of deliverables. He/She will be managing a small team consisting of Accounting, HR and Purchasing personnel.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting and Purchasing
-        Must be on top of monitoring the inflow and outflow of cash
-        Delivers accurate reports on the numbers pertaining to Accounting and Purchasing
-        Makes certain the processes for both Accounting (Payables and Receivables) and Purchasing (Purchasing Requests) are being religiously complied with other departments 
Human Resources
-       Conducting interviews for applicants once initially screened by the HR Officer
-       Familiarity with employee discipline and process
-       Ensures accuracy of Compensation and Benefits reports for bi-monthly salary releases and government remittances
-       Ensures health and safety protocols are strictly adhered to by employees
Admin
-        Responsible for the Admin task of the Organization
-        Oversees the general upkeep of the office
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
-        Must have at least 2-4 years of managerial experience handling Admin Services
-        Knowledgeable to basic accounting terms and interpretation cash position
-        Must obtain a Management degree or similar
-        Amenable to work in a fast-paced environment
-        Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills 
-        Experience in the Real Estate industry is an advantage
