Primary Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
Manage travel and schedule.
Handle information requests.
Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
Coordinates office management activities.
Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly
Takes and transcribes dictation.
Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
Operate office equipment, such as photocopy machine and scanner.
Receive and relay telephone messages.
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
May be assigned to projects/events from time to time.
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related courses.
Minimum 1-3 years work experience in administrative function
Good communication skills both written and oral.
Strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality on handling files.
Fast food experience is a plus.
