Computer literate with capability in email and computer office applications such as Open Office
Can work under pressure and willing to work on weekends/late night

Job Responsibilities:
Do administrative and clerical related tasks
Support the need of Operation Section on their teaching references and materials
Monitor and update administrative reports
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Answer and make a direct phone call
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
