Position: Corporate Services Associate (Payroll & Admin)
Corporate Services & Compliance:
1. Coordinate/Monitors the liaison officers in all corporate registrations and compliance.
2. Prepare all the required documents for the client's corporate registrations from initial submission to completion in coordination with the Liaison Officers.
3. Keep up-to-date references of the government units' processes and procedures relating to corporate registrations and compliance.
4. Prepares necessary reports by collecting and analyzing information as deemed necessary.
5. Monitor and Update the department's trackers, monitoring sheets, and daily project logs.
6. Participate in process improvements and development of the corporate services and compliance.
7. Assist in the preparation and presentation of proposals to clients.
Payroll Services:
1. Responsible for the timely and accurate computation of internal & clients' payroll register through Manual and Payroll System.
2. Coordinate with Internal and External HR Services for the consolidation of Timesheets and other tasks pertinent to Payroll Processing.
3. Update the schedule of payroll runs and ensure compliance to government agencies including the government contributions and other statutory benefits by keeping up-to-date guidelines and processes.
4. Reconcile any discrepancies and other possible erroneous entries to ensure accuracy before pay run posting and bank disbursement.
5. Build collaborative relationships with existing and potential clients by constant communication and delivering quality services.
6. Participate in process improvements and development of the payroll services.
7. Involve in the client presentation and proposals.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HRDM, Psychology, Business Management, or any related course.
Solid experience in Payroll Processing, Corporate Registrations, and Compliance.
Comfortable in using both Manual & System for Payroll Processing.
Extensive experience in processing corporate registration requirements, documentation, and transactions including SSS, PHIC, PAGIBIG, BIR, SEC, LGUs, and the like.
Must have good communication and presentation skills.
Proactive and keen on details.
Able to work remotely. (With personal laptop/desktop and internet)
