Responsibilities:
Collect and inspect the correctness and precision of the documents
Uploading of customer documents into the system
Encoding any necessary information relating to the customer into the system
Doing reference checks indicated on the submitted documents
Calling customers regarding their incomplete documents and other necessary information needed by the company
Qualifications:
Good attention to detail
Can follow processes well
Good communication skills, confident speaking on the phone and confident taking initiative to make calls
Has initiative (good at seeing tasks through to completion, good at following up tasks. Takes pride and likes to do to the end)
Willing to take direction
