Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparation of office communications (emails, letters, memo, minutes of the meeting, reports and other related correspondences)
Organize and coordinate office schedule with appropriate parties and assist in the conduct of office meetings and other company related activities
Respond to calls and queries from clients, suppliers, employees and other parties, regarding company operations, products, services and other requested details
Monitor and update/renew office and company registration/licenses/certifications, etc.
Facilitate order and/or payment of billings related to office expenses (office supplies, equipment, utilities, etc.)
Systematic records filing and management
Responsible for the maintenance and organization of office and its facilities
Asset inventory and management (purchase, repair, replacement, etc., if needed)
Perform other duties that may be assigned by the superior or Management from time to time
Qualifications:
Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Office Administration, Psychology and/or equivalent discipline
Minimum 2-year work experience in the same or related capacity
Excellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills
Keen attention to details
Highly organized
Trustworthy
