Job Descriptions:
Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory & working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
Greeting & directing visitors answering phone inquiries & handling complaints in a courteous professional manner
Occasionally travelling off-site to deliver reports of files to other departments
Ensuring the confidentiality security of files & filing systems
Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos & reports
Ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news & information.
Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers, or other equipment necessary.
Managing & keeping detailed records
Qualifications:
Minimum of (1) year experience in admin support to accompany or organization
Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
Basic bookkeeping experience, especially in accounts payable/receivable
Experiencing using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets
Average speed in typing skills with few errors
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Must be organized, accurate. Through and able to monitor quality of work
Must be able to improve performance through management feedback
Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction
Experience in accomplishing operations target & achieving company goals
Knows how to enforce company policies & guidelines
Software Application Required:
Microsoft Office, Acumatica
