We are a start-up business specializing in digital marketing and administrative services. Our mission is to help small businesses succeed by providing high-quality, affordable solutions that streamline operations and increase online visibility.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office/Admin Clerk.
In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team, helping us to maintain our operations and keep everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
· Organize and maintain electronic files.
· Assist with creating and editing documents, reports, and presentations
· Perform data entry and database management tasks
· Conduct research and gather information as needed
· Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
· 1-2 years of experience as an admin clerk/office clerk
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Can easily adapt to a fast-phase environment
· Strong attention to detail
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Fresh Grads, SHS welcome to apply
- Knowledge in MS Office (Word,Excel,Powerpoint) or Google Workspace
- On-site Full-time
- Knowledgeable in Canva is a plus
