a. Facilitates regular payment of utilities and relevant services (power, water, internet, communications) to ensure continuous office operations;
b. Monitors costs and expenses for usage of various utility services to ensure that these are within the budget;
c. Ensures compliance to all government regulations, restrictions, and licenses relative to buildings, offices, and facilities;
d. Secures business permits, clearances from LGU;
e. Identifies work scope and formulates schedules for janitorial and ground maintenance services; Ensure its compliance and evaluates its performance;
f. Provide logistical support relative to operational requirements;
g. Manage Company's Motorpool and implement regular preventive maintenance program for all vehicles to ensure these are in tip top condition;
h. Manages and maintains company staffhouse;
i. Facilitates needs for meetings, conferences such as venue, audio visual aids, refreshments, etc;
j. Maintains company database of asset movement and accountability ;
k. Facilitates purchase of office supplies, fixtures, and other consumables needed for Admin, HR and Accounting activities; and
l. Manage incoming and outgoing of correspondence;
Human Resources
a. Support the development and implementation of overall Human Resource strategies, systems, policies and procedures aligned with the overall company human resource objectives.
b. Effectively communicate and coordinate with all departments and personnel for plans and implementing programs and activities.
c. Prepare timekeeping records and payroll.
d. Source and Implement training and development programs;
e. Maintain and update employee 201 files.
f. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
g. Administer HR Employee Services
