Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the timely, accurate, and efficient preparation and management of documents.
• Control the numbering, sorting, filing,storing, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects, or departments.
• Handles and maintains tracker and other files or documents for various reporting purposes in connection with projects; assists in processing project bidding and closure documentations by following company standards.Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in handling Documentations, Permits, Site Acquisition Works, Government Regulations and Local Governance Negotiations
• Have an ISO training experience.
• Should have a sharp analytical mind and must be results-oriented
• Must have Document Management skill
• Highly organized, keen to details, well - motivated and proactive
• Articulate in both oral & written communication.
• Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
• Applicant must have an outgoing personality.
• Willing to be deployed at site inside and outside Manila.
• Well versed in Microsoft applications
• Has knowledge on Meeting platforms and Computer remote access.
• Preferably residing in the South (Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Laguna, Cavite, etc)
