Assist clients with general administrative issues such as password reset or sending a link, and bank requests. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms (including creation and maintenance of Smartsheet forms) Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and one-offs, as needed. Use and properly maintain our box.com virtual filing system Update and maintain office policies and procedures as guided by CS manager Provide general support CFO advisors, tax and operations department. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries Handle our clients' sensitive documents with the upmost security and discretion Qualifications: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, in particular) Excellent time management skills, self-starter and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written communication skills - must be proficient in the English language Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Nice to Have: Experience in Oracle NetSuite, Karbon HQ project management, Calendly and Smartsheet's Sound like you Then read on!
