• Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording
• Manage all inquiries and concerns of customers via online platforms
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
End-to-end processing of online orders
• Accurately input data into templates to ensure the timely submission of correct reports
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned
Qualifications
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree of any 4 year course.
• With work experience in clerical, office, and/or secretarial work
• Computer literate
• Willing to work overtime when needed
• Proficient using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent team player
• Must be familiar with various e-Commerce applications like Shopee, Lazada, etc.
• Office location at New Manila Quezon City, applicant must have no transportation proble
