Prepare contracts, agreements, and other property-related documents.
Coordinate property listing activities, including uploading listings to property portals
Schedule Open Inspection for sales agents.
Provide general administration.
Data Management:
Maintain and update the CRM system with client and property information.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements.
General Administration:
Support other team members with ad hoc tasks as needed.
RequirementsAbout You
1-2 years of administrative experience is a must
High attention to detail
Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written
