Job Description
Perform administrative task including but not limited to filing, providing verification of employments,
maintaining forms or other document processing
Maintain a repository of table of organization, job descriptions, memos, and other related
documents
Participate in the recruitment, hiring and selection process
Attend training relating to HR and Labor standards
Process permits and other government documents
Maintain and update book of inventories of goods and supplies
Schedule and liaise with the deliveries, pick up of items and submission of documents
Perform any accounting related tasks, AP, AR, invoicing and etc.
Assist the Accounting Officer or the Management in relation to accounting related document
processing
Assume responsibility for the sourcing, review and placing order of materials, supplies, office and
computer equipment, tools and research new deals and suppliers
Perform/Facilitate purchasing process (requisition, canvassing, preparation, payment and deliveries)
Follow up on orders to ensure that materials, equipment, furniture, and fixture are delivered on
schedule
Inspect product received for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specification
Maintain records and follow-up files of purchases, asset monitoring, inventory and related matters
Provide general support to clients / suppliers like meeting / proposal discussion or presentation
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking,
Marketing, Information Technology or equivalent.
Must have strong negotiation skills
Must have excellent communication skills
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
