JOB DESCRIPTION
The Admin is in charge of collating, preparing, checking, submitting, communicating and filing key information needed by both regional personnel and HO.
Perform HR and Accounting related functions.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of any 4-year course
MS Office proficiency particularly MS Excel. Familiarity with graphs and pivot tables is a plus.
Knowledgeable in inventory management.
Background in Accounting (billing, sales cycle) is preferred.
Willing to be assigned in Antique or willing to be relocated.
Work schedule: Mon to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
