Job Description:Looking for Philippines-based candidatesJob Role: Admin AssistantCompensation range: $1,200 - $1,500 AUD/monthEngagement type: Independent Contractor AgreementWork Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you'll have flexibility in how you manage your time.Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.Who The Client Is: The client owns a real estate business in AustraliaRole Overview: We're looking for a reliable Admin/Office Support VA to join the team and help keep things running smoothly. You'll be our go-to person for managing the CRM (Rex), cleaning up databases, handling inquiries, sending out EDMs/mailouts, managing appraisals and contracts, and providing long-term, all-round support across admin tasks.Key Responsibilities:
Comfortable managing CRM systems and keeping data accurate.
Strong organisational skills to handle multiple admin tasks.
Experience with email campaigns, database updates, and general office support.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and happy to support a growing team long-term.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an admin assistant, virtual assistant, or in office support.
Experience with CRM tools (preferably Rex) and database management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient with email platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and own device for remote work.
Work Arrangement & Expectations:This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:
