ADMIN ASSISTANT
Responsibilities (Duties shall include, but not be limited to assisting in the following areas):
Leasing
Marketing
Administration
Personnel management
Resident relations, retention, and customer service
Maintenance supervision of the building, its facilities, machineries, and amenities
Representation of the company
Total quality management
Security & risk management
Purchasing & Finance
Other tasks that may be called for
Qualifications:
Candidate must be a college graduate
