Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in any field;
Has at least one (1) year related work experience;
With pleasing personality;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Flexible and efficient;
Has an ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise;
Proficient with MS Office;
Basic knowledge in computer troubleshooting is an advantage.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides support on the reception by answering and dispersing call and inquiries and receiving visitors;
Helps with the organization and running of daily administrative operations;
Receives, distributes and files incoming letters, invoices and other documents;
Canvasses, orders, and purchases office and pantry supplies and do monitoring of stocks;
Ensure that all company documents electronically/digitally filed on time;
Monitors and conducts minor troubleshooting of all electronic equipment of the company and;
Performs other administrative duties from time to time.
