The AutoCount Philippines's Admin Assistant role is responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to AutoCount Philippines office.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to the country manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, managing correspondence, and handling other administrative tasks.
Keeping the office and affairs organized and maintaining a comprehensive filing system.
Establish and maintain strong lines of communication with HQ staff and department.
Collaborate with HQ teams to facilitate cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Handle dealer enquiries for dealer cost or product information.
Issue Sales Order (SO) or Invoice as the case may be to the dealer(s). Make sure the details of all the SO and Invoices are correct and there are no discrepancies.
Attend to any sales inquiries from our customers via phone calls or emails and follow up.
Manage and update the company's Facebook page with engaging and relevant content.
Plan and coordinate events and exhibitions, including venue selection, budgeting, logistics, and vendor coordination.
Maintain databases and records related to events, exhibitions, and attendee information.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in administrative would be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
